Workspace Setup
A workspace is where your profiles, members, and subscription all live. When you sign up for Sense Path, a workspace is created for you automatically. This guide covers how to manage it.
Open workspace settings
Click Workspace in the sidebar to see your workspace name, members, and subscription details.
Invite colleagues
- From workspace settings, enter the colleague's email address and pick their role.
- Click Invite.
When they sign up for Sense Path using that email address, they'll be automatically added to your workspace. If they already have an account, they'll see the workspace in their sidebar next time they log in.
There's no limit on the number of members — the subscription limit applies to profiles, not people.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing, deleting the workspace, and transferring ownership. One per workspace. |
| Admin | Manage members (invite, remove, change roles), manage profiles and assessments. Cannot access billing or delete the workspace. |
| Member | Create and assess profiles, generate plans and circuits. Cannot manage other members. |
All roles can view every profile in the workspace.
Transfer ownership
Open workspace settings, click Transfer ownership, and choose the new owner from the member list. You'll become an Admin. Only the current Owner can do this.
Remove a member
From the members list, click Remove next to the person's name. Their personal account continues to work — they just lose access to this workspace's profiles. Profiles they created stay in the workspace.
Leave a workspace
Click Leave workspace from the sidebar. If you're the Owner, you must transfer ownership first.
Delete a workspace
Only the Owner can delete a workspace. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first via your workspace settings. Deleting a workspace permanently removes all its profiles, assessments, and plans.
