The Service

Sense Path is a web application for assessing and understanding children's sensory needs. It provides:

• Child profile and assessment management
• Sensory assessments across 6 categories (60 questions)
• Automated sensory profiles, plans, and recommendations
• Environmental adjustment tracking
• Sensory circuit generation
• Progress tracking over time
• Organisation features for multi-user schools

The service is provided via web browser and requires an internet connection.

Your Account

• Each user must have their own individual account (no shared accounts)
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• Administrators can add and remove staff users
• We may suspend accounts for security reasons or unpaid fees

Data Protection

• Schools are the Data Controller for children's assessment data
• Sense Path is the Data Processor for children's assessment data
• Schools must obtain appropriate consents and establish lawful bases for processing
• Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) sets out full responsibilities
• All data stored in the EEA (Belgium)

Subscriptions and Payment

• Free for up to 2 profiles; paid plans for more
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• 30 days' notice required for cancellation
• Price changes notified 60 days in advance
• Invoice payment available (14 days to pay)

Intellectual Property

• Sense Path owns all rights in the application, including assessment questions, algorithms, and recommendations
• Schools own their data (child identifiers, assessment responses, notes)
• Generated reports and plans belong to the school
• Schools receive a limited licence to use the service during their subscription

Acceptable Use

• Use only for assessing children's sensory needs in educational settings
• Do not share login credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer the application
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or interact with the service

Limitations

• Assessment results are not medical diagnoses and should not replace professional evaluation
• Results should be interpreted by qualified professionals
• Sense Path supports but does not replace professional judgment
• We aim for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access

Cancellation and Termination

• Cancel with 30 days' notice before renewal
• Access continues until end of paid period
• Export your data before cancellation (or within 30 days after)
• Data deleted 30 days after termination

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
